Greetings, we’re writing to praise the woman behind the scenes, Kathie, who was instrumental in providing a very memorable weekend celebrating our dear friend’s 70th Birthday 🎂 celebration on Guemes Island. It was evident from the start that Kathie played a central role collaborating this special event for the guest of honor. Our first encounter with her started with the invitation, and from that point on she made all the arrangements for our lodging for the weekend. Her attention to details, and quick response to all of our questions were handled immediately and graciously. Our lodgings provided us with a feeling of being home way from home. Upon arriving we found a wonderful basket of goodies and a thoughtful card welcoming us. All the information pertaining to our lodging was easily visible for our review. During the course of our weekend we were introduced to Kathie, and we were greeted with open arms, a warm hug 🤗 and big smile 😁. Kathie’s attention to detail was impeccable from start to finish. Our every need was attended to by Kathie, and in the end we made a wonderful friend too. Thank you Kathie for making Mon’s Birthday weekend a very memorable and joyous event. Kathie is absolutely amazing!!!   She packed up our daughter's 3 bedroom home in 3 days.  She is incredibly organized.  She created a spreadsheet that listed the contents of every one of the many numbered boxes.  She delivered donations to several local charities and delivered books to the used book store. Anacortes Packing by Kathie is truly exceptional. I was juggling two jobs and moving between two islands, thinking it would take me over two months to pack and relocate. Kathie made the entire process seamless, organized, and even enjoyable. She planned every detail, helped me sort and clear out my belongings, packed everything efficiently, and ensured I had what I needed in both locations throughout the transition.

She handled everything from coordinating with property management for my move out to unpacking and fully settling me into my new home. Kathie’s tips, resources, and thoughtful approach made an overwhelming task feel manageable. She is professional, efficient, kind, and goes above and beyond in every way.
